var t_MediaGalleryBobaSpotlight_end = new Date().getTime();財長表示，3月出口仍舊不是很好，加上市場憂心外資走資錢進陸股，市場缺乏信心，令7日台股日線連四黑。類股輪動快速，週三疲弱的台積電、鴻海、大立光轉任護盤要角，而近期強勢的電動車概念股成殺盤重點，加上VR難補智慧型手機衰退，宏達電首季難逃虧損，股價重挫逾8%，操作難度提高。籌碼方面，三大法人同步賣超，其中外資連三賣，自營由買轉賣，投信連11賣。考量籌碼面偏空，國安基金4/12開會後可能不會持續護盤，建議保守操作為宜。
